Feature Launch: Organization-Wide Sharing
Share notebooks, ontologies, and generations across your organization so every team builds on each other's work.
Synthetic data work is team work. One engineer builds the scenario, another tunes the ontology, a third reviews the renders. Until now, that work lived in personal silos.
Today, notebooks, ontologies, and generations are shared across your entire organization.
What's New
- Collaborate on shared notebooks, with visibility into who last modified each one
- Favorite the notebooks you reach for most
- Browse and use anyone's ontologies for downloads
- See every team member's generations in the Gallery, with a one-click filter for your own
Collaborate on notebooks
Notebooks are now visible across your organization, and you can see exactly who last modified each one. No more duplicating a colleague's setup or asking around for the latest version.
Have a colleague's notebook that you love and always use? Favorite it, and it stays one click away.
One ontology library for the whole team
You can now see and use anyone's ontologies for downloads. That means one shared source of truth for labels, instead of near-identical copies scattered across accounts.
It's also a good moment for spring cleaning: remove duplicate and unused ontologies so the library stays sharp. Only owners can delete their own ontologies, so nobody can remove yours by accident.
A shared Gallery
The Gallery now shows what everyone in your organization is generating. Scan your team's output for inspiration, spot coverage gaps, or check what's already been rendered before you send a new job. Need to focus? Filter to see only your own generations.
Why it matters
Perception teams move fastest when they build on each other's work. Shared notebooks mean proven scenarios get reused, shared ontologies mean consistent labels across datasets, and a shared Gallery means no duplicated renders.
